The man is sentenced to three years in prison for rape of a child and exploitation of a child for sexual posing since he via Instagram has persuaded a twelve-year-old girl to perform sexual acts on herself which she filmed and sent to the man, the newspaper writes.
The 38-year-old shall also pay 260,000 kronor in damages to the girl.
He was sentenced in 2019 to two and a half years in prison for crimes against about twenty children aged 10-14, and was arrested and sentenced for 17 new sexual offenses while he was conditionally released.
Subsequently, the man has been conditionally released on three further occasions after serving two-thirds of his sentence, and then relapsed into crime.
