Three people were injured and had to be taken to hospital after a car went off the road and collided with a tree outside Haparanda, reports SVT News Norrbotten.
All three are seriously injured, according to Region Norrbotten. Two of the people, a 28-year-old man and a 35-year-old man, are being cared for in the intensive care unit at Sunderby hospital. The third person, a woman in her 20s, has been discharged from the hospital.
The alarm came just after 1 pm on Friday, according to SVT.
