The rescue service states that a boy got burn injuries on several parts of the body, cardiac arrest and had breathing cessation. He was taken by helicopter to hospital and the condition is said to be "very serious but stable".
Also, seven other youths and one adult have been taken to hospital with minor injuries. Shaken youths on the scene have been offered psychological help.
The accident occurred during Friday afternoon in the northeastern town of Opava.
