On Monday evening, Armand Duplantis was a clear gold favorite in the pole vault final at the Olympic Games, a favoritism he lived up to with bravado.

As so many times before, Duplantis ended the final by trying to beat his own world record, the bar was set at 6.25 meters and "Mondo" succeeded.

In a press release, Warner Bros writes that nearly 2.5 million Swedes watched Channel 5 when "Mondo" jumped over 6.25 meters.

It is thus the Olympic moment in Paris that has had the most viewers in Sweden.

The next most viewers had Sarah Sjöström when she took Olympic gold in the 50 meter freestyle. Then, over 1.7 million people watched.

Third place goes to Truls Möregårdh's table tennis final, where he took Olympic silver, which attracted over 1.6 million viewers.
