The victim, a man in his 20s, was shot dead from behind with eleven shots.
Now the Court of Appeal is increasing the prison sentence for a 17-year-old boy after the shooting in Bagaregården in Gothenburg last year.
He is sentenced to eight years in prison for the murder, which the district court described as "a regular execution". In the district court, he was sentenced to seven years in prison.
The Court of Appeal for Western Sweden writes in a press release that there are several aggravating circumstances, "including that the act was committed in a public place within the framework of a gang conflict".
The fatal shooting is believed by investigators to have a connection to a shooting against two men in Partille a few hours before the murder.
