The girl was traveling in the car that was hit on Saturday, along with three other passengers, writes Kyiv Independent. Two of the passengers, including a four-year-old girl, survived but were taken to hospital, according to Dnipropetrovsk Governor Serhij Lysak.
In the city of Kryvyj Rih, which is also located in Dnipropetrovsk, three people were killed and as many injured in an attack during the night.
The attack is said to have targeted residential areas in the central parts of the city, writes Oleksander Vilkul, head of the military administration in Kryvyj Rih, on the messaging site Telegram.
According to Vilkul, a 12-year-old boy and two women in their 80s were killed in the attack. He also writes that fires broke out in two houses after the attack and that, according to preliminary reports, 25 residential buildings, a school, several garages, and cars were damaged.
