SVT on final qualifiers in Melodifestivalen says it understands if rules are unclear

SVT says the rules for the final qualifying round in Melodifestivalen are the same as last year. Nevertheless, many people are confused about how the voting procedure works. "I understand if people think it was unclear or confusing," says project manager Anders Wistbacka.
