The shooting drama occurred in May last year. The man was shot in the head, but survived.

The shooter, who was 17 years old at the time of the attempted murder, has confessed but has said that it was not his intention to hit the man who was injured, reports SVT News Södertälje. He is sentenced to closed youth care for two years and ten months.

Actually, the shooter was there to murder another person and was then confronted by some individuals. In connection with this, the shot was fired.

Several other young people are sentenced for their involvement. For example, a young man who helped with the attempted murder is sentenced to eight years in prison, writes Länstidningen Södertälje.

Another young man is sentenced to five years in prison for aiding and abetting attempted murder, while a young woman who persuaded the shooter to carry out his assignment is sentenced to four years in prison.
