Two men have been taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter after a quad bike accident outside Grästorp, reports Nya Lidköpings-tidningen.
The injury situation is initially assessed as serious, says Anna Hammarbäck, press spokesperson at the police, to the newspaper.
According to the police, three men were riding the quad bike when it overturned for unknown reasons. The injured men are 25 and 30 years old, respectively. The third man is reported to have sustained minor injuries.
The man who was driving the quad bike is suspected of committing a crime in connection with the incident.
He is suspected of drunk driving and causing bodily harm initially. But it's early in the investigation, says Anna Hammarbäck.
The accident occurred at 1:30 pm on Sunday.
