Two teenagers have been detained after two fires during the night until Tuesday. An 18-year-old is suspected of arson in Grästorp while a 15-year-old boy is suspected of serious arson in Lidköping, writes the Prosecution Authority in a press release.
The fire in Grästorp occurred at an address where there was a shooting last week. A 16-year-old boy has been detained since before for attempted murder and serious weapons offenses.
"We will now continue to investigate the connections between the events in Grästorp and Lidköping, but cannot at present provide any further information due to the secrecy of the preliminary investigation", says prosecutor Berit Andreasson, in a press release.
During the shooting last week, the detained 16-year-old is suspected to have come to the address and fired several shots. One of the residents of the house, who holds a weapon with a license, responded by shooting the boy in the leg.
