A 22-year-old Swede is prosecuted in Denmark for having several times recruited young Swedes to commit murder, reports Danish media.

According to the indictment, the man has leased Swedes on five occasions who were promised large sums.

Among other things, the man is charged with having recruited the Swedish teenage boys who were previously convicted of attempted murder against the motorcycle gang Comanches club house in Brøndby, just west of Copenhagen.

Four of the murders were to be committed in the Copenhagen area and one on Jutland. The crimes were not carried out because the police were able to prevent them.

The 22-year-old, who has been detained for several months, denies the crime.
