Donald Trump nominates the former Republican congressman, reality TV participant, and Fox profile Sean Duffy as transport minister, announces the incoming president on his platform Truth Social.
Duffy began his career in Congress after winning a seat in the House of Representatives for his home state of Wisconsin in 2010, a position he held until 2019 when he resigned at his own request due to his newborn daughter being diagnosed with a heart disease.
Last January, he took over as one of the hosts of the program "The Bottom Line" on the Fox Business channel. He began his career in the TV industry as early as 1997, when he participated in the reality series "The Real World: Boston", which he followed up by participating in "Road Rules: All Stars" the following year.
