Donald Trump nominates the former Republican congressman, reality TV participant, and Fox profile Sean Duffy as transport minister, announces the incoming president on his platform Truth Social. Duffy began his career in Congress after winning a seat in the House of Representatives for his home state of Wisconsin in 2010, a position he held until 2019 when he resigned at his own request due to his newborn daughter being diagnosed with a heart disease.
