Truls Möregårdh eliminated despite recovery, loses semi-final to Lin Yun-Ju

Möregårdh had a tough start, and was down 0–3 in the match. However, in the fourth and fifth sets, the world number five fought back to make it 2–3 after winning 11–5 and 11–7.

But in the sixth set, Lin Yun-Ju secured a place in the final by winning 11–8, and Möregårdh was eliminated.

Lin won 4–2 on aggregate (11–7, 14–12, 12–10, 5–11, 7–11, 11–8).
