Justin Timberlake has his driver's license revoked in the state of New York, according to several media outlets. The decision is made against the background of Timberlake refusing to take a breathalyzer test when he was stopped by the police in June.
At the time, Timberlake was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
According to Timberlake's lawyer Edward Burke, the driver's license will be revoked until the case is settled.
The lawyer stands by the previous stance that Justin Timberlake was not intoxicated when he was arrested.
Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, located in the luxurious resort area The Hamptons in the state of New York, on June 18.
