Amanda Blomå, 30, secured her final spot by winning the plank. Nabaz Baki, 40, was voted forward by the remaining participants and Ida Jensen Krogstad, 35, snatched the last final spot after a vote by her former teammates.
The final became, as usual in "Robinson", a tight race where Nabaz and Ida mostly took turns having the upper hand.
I was so drained of energy, there was really no strength left, so I just got through it all on adrenaline, says Ida Jensen Krogstad.
In the end, it was decided by the ancient art of making fire.
If you can make fire, you can. It's a bit like cycling, and there I feel like I have it, the victory is mine, says Ida Jensen Krogstad, who shortly afterwards could lift the "Robinson" statuette.
I actually had a feeling from day one that I would win this.
Experienced exclusion
"Robinson" has been an old dream for Ida Jensen Krogstad, born in Oslo, but living in Stockholm for 13 years. However, not everything went as she had imagined.
That it would be physically demanding competitions and that you would be constantly hungry was no surprise. On the other hand, I had not counted on the social aspect being so tough, that I would get so much resistance.
She feels that she was almost from the start subjected to a witch hunt and became something of a scapegoat – experiences that took a long time to recover from.
I've always had good self-confidence, but my husband and my family didn't recognize me when I came home. There was so much drama in this season that everything became infected. It was very sad, I think everyone can agree on that. It wasn't some reality TV drama we signed up for, says Ida Jensen Krogstad.
The pact was important
Was it still worth it?
Yes, it was, because now I've built myself up again and become even more secure. Moreover, I did win, but I would never have done it without my pact that voted me forward. For me, it was much bigger to be voted into the final than to compete my way there.
Everyone knows that I'm physically strong and can perform in competitions, but I had been so excluded and felt so alone, so being chosen by my old team felt huge for me, she says.
