After a long wait and uncertainty, it is finally decided that there will be a third season of the popular HBO series "Euphoria." Filming begins in January 2025 and the series' familiar faces - Zendaya, Sydney Sweeny, Jacob Elordi, and Hunter Schafer - are on board, reports Hollywood Reporter.
Despite the TV series' popularity, it will have been almost four years between season two and three. Season two was one of HBO's largest series with more than 16 million viewers on all platforms during the first 90 days. It was next to HBO's "Game of Thrones".
The reason for the delay is partly due to the screenwriters' and actors' strikes that took place for several months in the USA last year.
The premiere for season three is not set, but it will likely be towards the end of next year, according to the newspaper.
