The teenage girl who is detained as a suspect for murdering a 14-year-old girl in Landskrona may be suffering from a serious mental disorder. This emerges from the simplified forensic psychiatric assessment made of her, a so-called paragraph 7 investigation, reports HD/Sydsvenskan.
According to the assessment, this applies both when she was examined and at the time of the crime.
If she is prosecuted and subsequently deemed guilty by the court, there are grounds for a forensic psychiatric examination, according to the statement.
Another girl in high school age is suspected of involvement in the murder. She is under 15 years old and has been handed over to social authorities.
