A man in his 85s has died after a collision between a moped car and a truck, according to the police.
The accident occurred near an intersection on highway 19 in Tomelilla municipality at around 08.00 on Tuesday morning.
According to the police, it is the driver of the moped car who has died. When it comes to the driver of the truck, there is no information about physical injuries.
We are investigating the accident to find out what happened and then we will see if either of the parties has failed in any way, says the police's press spokesperson Fredrik Bratt.
