A man in his 90s is suspected of having been poisoned by a close person last week, reports NWT.
It was the home care service in Arvika municipality that raised the alarm on Friday, after they discovered that the man was unwell and poor.
They then thought he seemed unusually unwell, and unclear information emerged about why, says Björn Folkesson at the police department for serious crimes.
The man was taken to hospital and recovered over the weekend, but is suspected of having been poisoned. A close person has been notified of suspicion of attempted murder.
