Earlier this fall, the Swedish Electrical Safety Agency stopped a product from the company Ozoneair, marketed by Pernilla Wahlgren. The reason was that the model had too high a concentration of ozone and technical defects with a risk of electric shock.
However, the sales ban has now been lifted by the Administrative Court - the Swedish Electrical Safety Agency had pointed out the wrong product, reports Ny Teknik.
According to the company, the authority has incorrectly described the stopped product as an air purifier, when in fact it is an ozone generator that allows significantly higher ozone levels.
Furthermore, the Swedish Electrical Safety Agency has gone out with the wrong name of the product, which has created great confusion and caused the company significant economic harm.
The court finds that the wrong product was specified, but does not take a stand on what type of product the model is.
