Swedish economy loses momentum. GDP (Gross Domestic Product) decreased by 0.4 per cent in September compared to August, according to the Statistics Sweden (SCB).
For the third quarter as a whole, GDP decreased by 0.1 per cent compared to last year.
"Sweden's gross domestic product fell in September, which together with a negative development in July contributed to a slight decline in growth for the third quarter as a whole compared to the previous quarter", says Melker Pettersson Loberg, national economist at SCB, in a press release.
