The police were alerted at 4 pm on Saturday that a person had been attacked with some kind of stabbing weapon indoors.
Everything indicates that a knife was used, says the police's press spokesperson Carina Skagerlind.
The injured person was taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter. The condition is assessed as stable.

We quickly searched the central parts of Skärholmen. Then we checked a number of people and one of them is now arrested, says Carina Skagerlind.
She says it's an older man, but doesn't want to say how old he is or if he has a connection to the nursing home.
The crime scene is cordoned off for a technical investigation.
