Skåne to Cut Over a Billion Kronor in Healthcare Staffing Costs

The Regional Board in Skåne has decided to save over one billion kronor on healthcare personnel to get a balanced budget, reports P4 Kristianstad.

The largest cost-cutting measures are directed towards Skåne University Hospital, Ystad Hospital and Helsingborg Hospital.

Among other things, the use of staffing agencies will decrease, as will the number of employees.
