A concert with Jane's Addiction in Boston on Friday went awry when singer Perry Farrell suddenly attacked guitarist Dave Navarro, writes Variety.
The band is currently on its first tour in 14 years, with the original lineup from the 90s reunited. However, it is unclear how the band's camaraderie is doing.
The atmosphere between the two had seemed irritated throughout the performance, and towards the end, the tensions boiled over. Clips from the concert show a very aggressive Farrell who, at the end of a song, suddenly pushes Navarro in the chest and then starts waving his fists at him. Security personnel intervened immediately, grabbed Farrell, and dragged him off the stage.
The concert was interrupted in general confusion, although the rest of the band tried to keep up appearances by hugging each other before leaving the stage. There is still no word on what will happen with the rest of the tour.
