Under Friday, Silvana Imam will release the single "Sprit & blondiner" together with Finnish pop artist ALMA. It is one of four singles to be released before Imam's new album, which will be released in the fall. It is the artist's first own studio album in five years.
"I needed a period of quiet and understanding to figure out who I am as a person and what other expressions I'm attracted to, such as theater and film," says Silvana Imam in a press release.
The new album will feature 12 tracks, and Imam has collaborated with several different artists and producers.
"My ambition with this album has been to collaborate with artists and producers from all of Scandinavia, and I'm so proud and happy about the variation and breadth everyone has contributed," she says in the press release.
