A multi-family building in Södertälje was shot at early on Saturday morning.
The police were alerted to the building at around 4 am after a person woke up to the sound of explosions.
It's about bullet holes in windows and also in some door. The area around the building has been cordoned off and a technical investigation has begun, says police spokesperson Anna Westberg.
Currently, no one is in custody and no one is reported to be injured in connection with the shooting.
The incident is being investigated, among other things, as attempted murder.
