A door to an apartment building in Akalla in northwestern Stockholm was shot at with several shots late on Monday evening.
It is unclear whether one or several people have shot, but it is the door to the house that has been shot at and there were many witnesses on site. No one has been found injured, said Mats Eriksson, press spokesperson at the Stockholm police.
The police were alerted half an hour before midnight. A large police operation was launched and the area was cordoned off.
We have stopped people and are searching the area, but no one has been arrested yet, says Mats Eriksson.
The subway stations Husby and Akalla were temporarily closed due to the shooting but reopened during the night.
