In 1977, Johnny Rotten – or John Lydon, as he is actually called – wrote down the lyrics to two of Sex Pistols' songs: "Holidays in the sun" and "Submission" on a piece of paper. Now, the paper is being sold at an auction, reports NME.
The songs are included on the band's album "'Never mind the bollocks".
According to the auction site RR Auctions, the current highest bid is up to 30,800 dollars – equivalent to approximately 306,000 kronor. However, the handwritten texts are estimated to be sold for 80,000 dollars – almost 800,000 kronor.
