A small propeller plane en route to Denmark has crashed in the Swiss part of the Alps. The three people on board have died, according to a police press release in Switzerland.
The deceased were a Danish lawyer couple and their joint son.
"We are deeply affected and shaken by this tragic accident", writes the law firm where the deceased man and woman worked in an email to the news agency Ritzau.
The plane took off from Samedan Airport near St. Moritz on Monday afternoon and crashed according to the police after two minutes. The planned destination was Roskilde in Denmark.
