Lack of space at Östersund hospital led to a patient being moved from the intensive care unit to a surgical department. Despite extra monitoring, the patient died.

The region writes in its Lex Maria report that the patient would likely have survived if they had remained in the intensive care unit, reports SVT Jämtland.
