The Tax Agency had previously believed that an entrepreneur must always be able to offer a paper receipt if a customer wants one. But now the authority is changing its guidelines, something that Dagens Juridik was the first to report on.
Business owners using cash registers can therefore now choose whether to offer the customer a paper receipt or a digital receipt.
