The editor-in-chief of Göteborgs-Posten, Christofer Ahlqvist, tells Sveriges Radio Kulturnytt that AI may come to compensate for the staff cuts that the newspaper recently announced.

Earlier in the week, the media house Stampen announced that they will cut 60 positions, of which 16 are at Göteborgs-Posten. The savings come after, among other things, a decline in advertising revenue for the paper newspapers.
