The Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit's son Marius Borg Høiby is being investigated for another crime, this time for violating a restraining order against his former girlfriend.
The restraining order means that he is not allowed to contact his former girlfriend, either physically or digitally, writes Aftenposten. The police suspect, however, that he has violated the order by calling the woman from a hidden number.
In August, Marius Borg Høiby was arrested, suspected of assaulting a woman he had a relationship with. He later admitted in a statement to NRK that he had used violence against his girlfriend and stated that he had consumed alcohol and cocaine at the time.
Two more women have come forward with allegations that Marius Borg Høiby was violent when they were together with him. He is also suspected of making unlawful threats on several occasions, according to Norwegian police.
