Nato's member countries are discussing the possibility of more nuclear weapons being moved from storage to standby, says Nato chief Jens Stoltenberg in an interview with The Telegraph. The reason is the increasing threat from China and Russia.
I'm not going to go into operational details about how many nuclear warheads should be operational and which ones should be in storage, but we must discuss these questions and that's exactly what we're doing, says Stoltenberg to the newspaper.
