Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee has grown tired of colleagues who choose to advertise their own albums and concerts when people in Los Angeles are struggling to create a new life for themselves after the fires. Seeing musicians advertise themselves on social media makes him feel sick, he writes himself, according to Billboard.

"No one gives a damn about the next album or the next concert when so many are in the middle of one of our time's greatest disasters", writes Lee, who urges his colleagues to "maybe stop for a bit and see if anyone needs help".

However, it did not prevent Mötley Crüe from making a Facebook ad for their upcoming residency in Las Vegas – a post that may have been made by the band's PR manager.
