The Criminal Inspector Kristoffer Bark in Örebro gets his own film series with ”Bergslagskänsla”. ”May eternity forgive” is being filmed with Anna Janssons books as a basis.

After the crime series about Maria Wern, she started "Bergslagen blå" in 2019 with "Dotter saknad". The books are about a group of relocated police officers who are tasked with solving unsolved cases. The first film will be shot next year with a cinema premiere in 2027.

Anna Jansson thinks that she is leaving her main character to film workers with "feeling for the unique in the environment":

"This will be Örebro, Kilsbergen and Hällefors for real", she says in a press release.

The idea is to make a film trilogy, according to Mikael Flodell, one of the producers. He hopes to give the audience a new "nordic noir" favorite.
