Jack White is not known for his political outbursts, but launched a frontal attack on Donald Trump in social media the other day.
"Who would buy a used car from that cheater, or give him the nuclear codes", wrote the White Stripes star. He described Trump's new interior design of the White House with a focus on gold as "vulgar and flashy, like a locker room for professional wrestlers".
The White House spokesperson Steven Cheung responded by calling Jack White "a has-been and loser who writes nonsense in social media because he obviously has time since his career has stalled".
But Jack White does not let himself be satisfied. In a long Instagram post he continues to pour out bile over Donald Trump.
"This man is a danger not only to America but to the whole world and that's no exaggeration. He is dismantling democracy and risking the planet's future every day, and we all know that", writes White.
