Among the recognized crimes are violence and vandalism in an apartment in Oslo on August 4, which was the first in a long series of allegations against the 27-year-old.
"In addition, he has admitted to having threatened to murder a man," writes police prosecutor Andreas Kruszewski in a press release.
On the other hand, Høiby denies having used violence against two former girlfriends who have accused him.
Through his lawyer, he has instead claimed to have had "three turbulent relationships", where he himself was subjected to violence by at least one of the female plaintiffs.
Høiby has a restraining order against the woman who first reported him, a former girlfriend. However, he has been accused of violating that order on at least two occasions, according to the police.
Another investigation against Høiby, regarding the theft of an electric scooter, has been dropped.
Marius Borg Høiby has no royal title. When he was four years old, his mother became involved with Norway's Crown Prince Haakon.
