Russia has carried out a "massive attack" on the city of Zaporizhzhya in southeastern Ukraine during the night to Sunday, according to the region's governor Ivan Fedorov on Telegram.
At least five people have been injured, but the extent of the damage is still unclear. Several residential buildings have been damaged in the attacks and there may be injured people in the rubble, according to the governor.
"The Russians attacked Zaporizhzhya over ten times", writes Fedorov.
At the same time, Russia's Defense Ministry reports that it shot down 125 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory during the night. 67 of them were allegedly destroyed over the Volgograd region, whose governor reports that falling wreckage caused wildfires, according to the AFP news agency. However, no people were killed.
