Martina Haag achieves success as a film director.

Her film "There's Something Wrong" is awarded the finest prize, for best film, at the prestigious TV festival in Monte Carlo.

The film is Martina Haag's debut as a film director and is based on her novel of the same name, about a celebrity marriage in dissolution.

Alexandra Rapaport plays the lead role as Petra, whose divorce prompts her to reflect on her parents' separation. Jessica Liedberg, Gustaf Hammarsten, and Shanti Roney also appear in the film.

"There's Something Wrong" is partially produced by Viaplay and has been completed for some time. However, the film has been delayed due to the streaming service's financial crisis. No premiere date for the film in cinemas or on TV has yet been announced.

The TV festival in Monte Carlo was held for the 63rd time this year. Martina Haag was present in the principality and personally accepted the award, the Golden Nymph, at the awards ceremony.
