A man in his 20s has been shot in Skurup.
Shortly after 8 pm, we receive an alarm that a shot man has been found in the middle of the village. He is awake and able to speak and has been taken to hospital by ambulance. We have a larger resource on site and have caught up with some witnesses, says police spokesperson Evelina Olsson.
The incident is being investigated as attempted murder. No one has been arrested.
We are looking for suspected perpetrators, it is unclear whether it involves one or several, says Olsson.
