A Swedish man who has been missing since last year has probably been found dead in Norway, reports Dagbladet.

It is remains that have been found in Glomma in Kongsvinger which are believed to be the missing Swede, who was in his 30s.

The police had early suspicions that the Swede had been murdered. In April, two men from Kongsvinger were arrested suspected of murder or accessory to murder. Later, another man who is suspected of being involved was arrested.

The body, which has not yet been autopsied, was found not far from a farm where the police believe the murder took place.

The search area has become larger after. But we have previously been clear that Glomma could be a relevant search area, says police inspector Henning Klauseie to Dagbladet.
