Nasa has discovered a new moon – which orbits around Uranus. The new member of the planet's moon group is only 10 kilometers wide and was discovered with the help of the James Webb telescope in February.
Due to its size and weak light intensity, researchers at the American space agency Nasa believe that the celestial body has been hiding and even evaded the space probe Voyager 2 during its flyby about 40 years ago.
With the new addition, Uranus can now boast 29 moons. Half of the moons are small and orbit close to the planet. The new moon has not been given a name yet, but previously the planet's moons have been named after literary figures from, among other things, William Shakespeare's plays.
