A man who was previously arrested on suspicion of murder of a woman in Umeå has been released, reports SVT News Västerbotten.
The suspicions against the man remain, but are of a lower degree of suspicion. The man was released on Sunday.
He was released on bail as it is considered that such investigative measures have been taken that there is no longer any risk of collision, says Anna Nilsson, assistant prosecutor, to SVT.
It was during the night against Saturday that a woman was found dead in an apartment in Umeå. A man who was in the apartment was arrested and detained.
