On several occasions, a 40-year-old man is alleged to have subjected a 7-year-old girl to serious sexual assaults. The man, residing in Växjö municipality, is now being prosecuted for ten counts of sexual offenses, reports Smålandsposten.
According to the indictment, the man allegedly used violence to force the girl to perform oral sex on him, filmed and photographed her in sexual poses, and induced her to make sexual statements.
The indictment concerns four counts of aggravated child rape, two counts of exploiting a child for sexual posing, two counts of child pornography offenses, and two counts of sexual harassment of a child.
The man "neither admits nor denies" the crimes, according to the indictment, writes the newspaper.
