Telenor was affected by technical disruptions in both phone and broadband networks on Monday.
The cause was a fault in a database, according to Telenor.
"The disruption has now been rectified. It started getting better at 18:00 and then gradually better, and now everything looks good", writes press chief Boel Bengtsson in an email to TT.
The disruptions began at 16:00 and were rectified by 19:30. The technical problems meant, among other things, that Telenor's customers could not make calls and send SMS or contact 112 via the operator.
