It was a third place for Swedish speedway rider Fredrik Lindgren in a crazy even World Championship event in Cardiff on Saturday evening.
Against home riders Dan Bewley and Robert Lambert, there was nothing to do in the final this evening.
It was an unusually even competition where everyone beat everyone in different heats, and no less than four riders had the same points after the basic heats.
The speaker apologized to the audience on site as it took time before the competition management managed to sort out who actually made it to the semifinal.
This was the seventh World Championship event of the season. The next competition takes place in two weeks, then in Poland.
