A property, an old building called Björnegården, has already been purchased in Kragerø in southern Norway and the opening is planned for this summer, according to NWT.
The artist is already running the art gallery Sandgrund in Karlstad. According to Lerin, the new one is not quite as large, "but almost".
That it became a purchase in Norway is just a coincidence, he says.
I'm a bit Norwegian too, in some way, people know me there and Junior (Lars Lerin's partner, ed. note) thought, well, why not have something in Norway too, since there's such an interest there, says Lerin to the newspaper.
What the costs amount to, Lerin does not want to disclose, but NWT writes that "it's easy to understand that it's about millions".
