Russia has attacked Ukraine with over 130 drones during the night, according to the air force. 88 of them were shot down by air defense, according to a statement.
One person has been killed in Kherson and at least eight have been injured, seven of them in Odessa and one in Kyiv. Damage to infrastructure is reported from several Ukrainian regions, including a hospital in the capital.
Also in Russia, a large number of drones are reported to have been shot down. The Ukrainian attacks are said to have primarily targeted the Rostov region, where an oil depot is reportedly on fire, according to The Kyiv Independent.
Russian authorities are reporting a fire in an industrial area in the Kamenskij district after what is described as a "massive" drone attack.
