Russia has attacked Ukraine with over 130 drones during the night, according to the air force. 88 of them are said to have been shot down by air defense, according to a statement.
At least eight people have been injured, seven of them in Odessa and one in Kyiv. Damage to infrastructure is reported from several Ukrainian regions.
In Russia, too, a large number of drones are said to have been shot down. The Ukrainian attacks are said to have primarily targeted the Rostov region, where an oil depot, according to The Kyiv Independent's information, is on fire.
Russian authorities report a fire in an industrial area in the Kamenskij district after what is described as a "massive" drone attack.
